Please use caution, common sense, and practice safe habits when using the services we provide. Please note that there are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense. Additionally, there may also be risks dealing with international transactions and foreign nationals. By using the services we provide, you agree to accept such risks and GVRL is not responsible for the acts or omissions of users of our services.

If you receive and confirm a reservation to rent a property listed on the Service, you are legally obligated as the advertiser to provide the rental property to the person who made the reservation based on the terms published in your listing when the reservation was made.

If you make a reservation with an advertiser on GVRL and the reservation is confirmed, you are responsible for payment based on the terms posted when you make your reservation. You have a chance to review these terms before you complete your reservation.

If you pay using the GVRL system, remember that GVRL is only acting as a payment facilitator and is not a party to your transaction with the other GVRL Member. We cannot ensure that either party to a transaction will actually complete the transaction.
