Rules for Those who Reserve a Rental Property through GVRL

If you make a reservation with an advertiser on GVRL and the reservation is confirmed, you are responsible for payment based on the terms posted when you make your reservation. You have a chance to review these terms before you complete your reservation.

Without limiting any other remedies, GVRL may suspend or terminate your member account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance investigation or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Service.

The Service is available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Service is not available to persons under the age of 18 (eighteen).
