Rules Regarding Ratings and Reviews

You may not take any actions that may undermine the integrity of the feedback system, which includes the ratings you leave other users and the reviews you write regarding properties listed on GVRL.

You acknowledge that your feedback consists of comments and ratings left by other users and a composite feedback number compiled by GVRL and that the composite number without the comments does not convey your full user profile. Because feedback ratings are not designed for any purpose other than for facilitating decision-making and transactions among users, you agree that you shall not market or export your GVRL feedback rating in any venue other than a GVRL operated venue.

We do not provide users with the technical ability to import feedback from other, non-GVRL operated Web sites to the GVRL Service because a composite number, without the corresponding feedback does not reflect your true online reputation within our community.

Use good judgment when you leaving feedback about another user. What you write will become a permanent part of that user's record on GVRL.

The Communications Decency Act stipulates that GVRL is not legally responsible for the comments users post on its site. Feedback will only be considered for removal if a comment meets the guidelines set forth in our policies. Each individual is responsible for the feedback he or she leaves, but GVRL does have some basic rules regarding feedback.

The following practices are not permitted when leaving feedback on the GVRL service:

• Inappropriate language - Language that is defamatory, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing, libelous, abusive, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise indecent is not permitted. Although it is discouraged, this does not include inflammatory language such as "liar" or "thief."
• References to a GVRL or law enforcement investigation - For example, "GVRL is investigating this person."
• Publishing contact information - In the interest of the privacy of our members, users may not publish contact information, either your own or someone else's, within a feedback comment.
• Links - Feedback comments may not include pictures, JavaScript or links of any kind.
